We will work with you to develop a care plan tailored specifically to your needs and lifestyle, a care plan that you own, manage, and can change as your life changes. There may be times when more help is needed, and times when less is needed.
We have a wonderful team of disability support staff who share your dream, think outside the box, and are committed to exploring new ways of achieving your goals.
Housekeeping and Domestic Assistance
Having a clean home is important. Not only does it feel good, it can be safer too. Our Disability Care Workers make sure that your home is clean and tidy just the way you want it. Whether you’re after cleaning, washing, ironing or something else, we can help.
Personal Care
Starting your day feeling refreshed and ready can make a big difference to your wellbeing. Our Personal Care services can help you with showering, grooming, dressing and using the bathroom so you can feel more comfortable and confident throughout your day.
Meal Preparation
There’s nothing better than a good home-cooked meal, especially when it’s prepared the way you like in your own kitchen. Our Meal Preparation services ensure you continue to eat your favourite meals at home. Our staff can help by doing the meal planning and preparation for or with you.
Companionship
Staying connected, reconnecting or making new friends through special events, outings or daily activities is important for maintaining your wellbeing and mental health. Whether it’s shopping, going to appointments, or catching up for afternoon tea, we can help you get where you need to so you can get things done, and enjoy time with the people that are important to you.
Supports in Employment
Do you want the support delivered in the workplace to maintain your employment? Our care workers can provide the assistance, resources, encouragement, and motivation to do your work. Our services can be used in a range of employment settings including: private, government or not for profit organisations; a social enterprise or similar environment; self-employment or a micro-business; or a family run business.
We will work with you to understand where we can help and develop a care plan tailored so you can achieve your goals. We will match you with team members who you can really trust and feel comfortable with in your own home.
Service request is received by our team and the onboarding process is completed over phone, email or at our office.
Getting to know you is important to us. Our Disability Care Manager will spend time with you to learn about your interests and understand how you like to maintain your household, and identify with you any specific goals or needs you may have. We will then work with you to find a suitable care worker.
